Working with this beauty to create updated headshots was such a joy. Sarah Kim Wilde’s sweet, laid back disposition and comfort in front of the camera created a much appreciated ease to our time together. Sarah’s easiness in front of the camera might have something to do with the fact that she’s a seasoned actor, singer, songwriter and all around impressive woman. Just check out her bio:
Sarah Kim Wilde is all about creativity. She holds a BFA in Musical Theater with a minor in directing from The Boston Conservatory. She has performed in regional and dinner theaters from Boston to Los Angeles, was a featured performer for Regency Cruise Lines, Darien Lake theme park, and played Johanna in the national tour of Big River. Her television and film work credits include roles on Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman; Brisco County Jr.; The Young and the Restless; Life Goes On; and Matlock. She is a founding member of the Asheville songwriter’s group Songsisters, and in the late 1990’s recorded an album of original songs entitled “Embers” in Los Angeles with legendary producer Nik Venet. She has worked as an Expressive Arts facilitator, and occasionally directs musicals at a local school. When she’s not busy auditioning, Mommy-ing her two boys, or working on her latest book or painting, Sarah Kim serves as a Cantorial Soloist at Congregation Beth HaTephila in Asheville, sings with a local trio called Honey, and offers performance coaching for singers and actors.
