This past week my Makeup Artist and I traveled to Bryson City for a photo shoot with Good Life Real Estate, a group of friendly, intelligent and motivated woman, as well as the owner of Lakeview on Fontana, a hidden gem of a getaway tucked inside the GORGEOUS Smoky Mountains. The images from these gorgeous women’s headshots will come in a later post. In the meantime I want to talk about Lakeview on Fontana, where we stayed for two nights and enjoyed the cozy accommodations as well as both morning and sunset soaks in their Treetop Soaking Cabanas. What a treat!
So much thought and care has gone into creating a relaxing and beautiful experience for the guests of this property. The clean and simplistic, beautifully designed accommodations offer stress fee comfort as well as close proximity to Bryon City’s adorable downtown with various shops and restaurants and The Great Smoky Railway while the Treetop Soaking Cabanas provide a divine escape from reality.
We simply cannot say enough about our experiences in the soaking tubs. Relaxation permeates from the moment you enter the cabana as soft music plays, candles burn, champagne chills and an array of aromatic bath salts, lotions are beautifully displayed and it’s all for you!
We absolutely loved everything about this place so much that we have already planned our second trip to Lakeview at Fontana this summer! And don’t tell anyone, but I’m in talks with the property about hosting a Boudoir Retreat on the grounds next year. Shhhh…more on that later.
I would highly recommend this unique Bryson City getaway for a solo trip to re-connect with yourself, with your beasties for a girls only getaway or for romantic partners who want to deepen their love.
