With the re-design of my website (isn’t it pretty?) I’ve added two new series that I eagerly look forward to growing; Confessions of a Boudoir Photographer, which will feature personal photo projects, experiences and writings as well as Women in Business, a series that will feature the many beautiful women who come to me for a Business Headshot Session. I look forward to not only sharing more of myself with all of you, but also connecting my readers with some pretty incredible women owned businesses in and around the Asheville area.

Amongst the array of randomness pulled down from the rafters of my attic this past week was an old, tattered brown box containing the past thirty years of my life. Journals of various sizes crammed tight with emotions, dreams, secrets, pictures and art. Have you ever sat down with a cup of coffee and re-visited your childhood, adolescence, young adulthood and all the complexities involved with each passing stage? Have you ever sat down and tried to connect the dots of the beautiful masterpiece that is you? Well, I have. And this I can say with certainty: that which seems the most difficult reaps the most beauty.
