WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO START YOUR BUSINESS? *
My own personal health journey. I was once over 215 lbs and dying for help. I just needed someone to tell me what to do. I was clueless. Once I got the weight off I dug deep and started learning more and more, started getting certifications and thought…If I can help ONE person who was like me, then that would be a dream. AND I DID and have. Now my mission is to help others find their own way in a sea of information.
HOW DO YOU DO WHAT YOU DO? WHAT MAKES THE WAY YOU ACHIEVE RESULTS INTERESTING OR UNIQUE?
I work with my clients through an online community. I provide custom work out programs tailored to their needs and goals. I’m a macro / flexible dieting expert so I fine-tune macros to build them the body they desire. There are no off-limit foods. No more demonizing food groups. Just eating how it suits you, hitting your macros, and enjoying the process. Want an oreo- OK…you can fit it in. You can literally have your cake and lose weight. I can teach you this sorcery (haha, jk jk)
WHAT INSPIRES YOU PERSONALLY?*
I’m a very driven person, but my babe squad, my girls that I coach— THEY INSPIRE ME DAILY! I love helping them reach their goals and I do a little happy dance all along the way for them!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO WHEN YOU ARE NOT WORKING?*
SHOP! I love all the clothes! PS- I also love taking Hip Hop classes! SO FUN and a great outlet for me to get my cardio in!

In a new outfit, new sexy high heels and full glam makeup!
