After joining the team of creative wedding professionals at Engaged Asheville, I had a great idea: Girls Day! My thought was that not only would this give little ol’ introverted me the opportunity to spend one on one time with these amazing business women, but it would also give them a little taste of what I offer. I mean let’s face it, you can’t talk up what you don’t know and word of mouth is an extremely powerful marketing tool; one that I rely on heavily.
Soon after throwing the idea out to the very beautiful owner and entrepreneurial mastermind, Candace, (who also owns Mingle Events and Honeysuckle Hill Events), the ball was rolling. We soon had put together a super girly morning of mini makeovers from Pop of Color, tasty treats from Farm Burger, delicious mimosas from Mingle Events and Mini Boudoir Sessions from moi! We all had such a blast and the girls definitely walked away with big smiles and a little bounce in their step…
